- No smoking anywhere on the property; no pets; no fishing or firearm use; vehicles are restricted to barn and driveway areas
- Reservation deposit- 50% of full rate, check or credit card
- Cancellation policy
- Up to 30 days prior to reservation date- full deposit refund with $50 fee
- Within 30 days of reservation date- deposit refund to extent we can rebook the room, with $50 fee
- Check-in is 3:00pm, Check-out is 11:00am, unless coordinated ahead of time
- The Barn at Summit Creek Ranch assumes no responsibility for accident or injury to guests or guests’ property. Guests acknowledge risks in a country setting which may not be typical of other environments.
